CIAMC On Air as the newest agri-segment of CIAMC TV, aired its 3rd episode on January 4, 2022. This special episode highlights the celebration of the National Zero Waste Month.

Agricultural waste is one of the most improperly disposed wastes in the Philippines. Some of the local farmers haven’t yet discovered that crop waste could actually be still beneficial by converting it into animal feeds.

For the 3rd time in a row, Engr. Nhesreen M. Raza of CIAMC was invited to talk through the best practices of efficiently managing farm waste, specifically crop waste such as corn stalks, corn on cobs and rice straws. She detailedly discussed the steps of TMR Formulation, enumerated the raw materials needed and gave advice on how to properly store the said mixture.
